Announcement:

July, 2007 The Canadian College of Construction Lawyers is pleased to announce the publication of the inaugural edition of the Journal of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers 2007. The Canadian College of Construction Lawyers is an association of lawyers who are distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice or teaching of construction law and who are dedicated to excellence in the specialized practice of construction law in Canada.

Founded in 1998, the College has just celebrated its tenth anniversary. The stated objectives of the College include the creation of published materials dealing with specialized topics distinctive to the area of construction law and the provision of educational programs and resources for the construction industry at large.

To this end, each of the Fellows of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers is a member of a substantive law committee which annually generates a report to be presented to the other Fellows of the College at it’s annual conference.

for the first time, a series of these substantive reports have been assembled and published and are now available to the construction industry as a whole.
