CCCL News - 2002

Our Honorary Fellow, Master David Sandler, of the Ontario Superior Court, was recently appointed to the Editorial Board of the Construction Law Letter (published by LexisNexis Butterworths).

Our College Fellow, Bryan Shapiro, respecting a paper he first delivered at the Quebec City CCCL Conference (which will soon be published in the Construction Law Reports), has had the distinct honour of being published in The International Construction Law Review. In introducing the article, the Editor-in-Chief, Judge Humphrey Lloyd, commented that "(t)his is the first occasion on which the International Construction Law Review has published a paper from this august body and we are grateful for having been given the opportunity to reproduce it".
