Our College Fellow and Past President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, Bob Beaumont, Co-Chair of the Construction and Infrastructure Group of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, has been elected to a 3-year term of the Governing Committee of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry for 2003-2006. This is the first time a Canadian has held this office. His election took place on May 9, 2003, at the Annual Meeting of the Forum in Boston.
