ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION PANELS
The Fellows of the
Canadian College of Construction Lawyers have established
panels consisting of Fellows experienced as arbitrators and
mediators of construction disputes of all kind. These panel
members have experience in all types of construction
disputes be they financial, architectural or engineering
issues, both nationally and internationally. Many are
included in the panels of neutrals with several ADR
providers including provincial arbitration and mediation
centres and the American Arbitration Association among
others. Following is a brief description of the arbitration
and mediation experience and training of the Fellows
included in the panels. More complete biographies can be
found in the CCCL Roster of Members.
These panels are
intended to provide lawyers, contractors, consultants and
others engaged in construction disputes with a comprehensive
panel of experienced lawyers who are particularly interested
and capable in mediating and arbitrating construction and
engineering disputes.
For further
